Try before you pay

The free tier lets you test real attaches in the Studio before buying a pack, so you can evaluate placement quality on your own characters and weapons at no cost.

14-day refund

If GripForge does not work for your assets, contact us within 14 days of your first payment at [email protected] and we will refund it in full. Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record (Paddle) on behalf of JOE ASSISTANT (SAS, SIREN 944 391 135) back to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Credits already used

Packs do not renew. Credits already consumed from a pack may be deducted pro rata from a refund in cases of clear abuse. Unused bought credits remain in your wallet until you spend them — they do not expire.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a monthly plan at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Renewal payments are refundable within 14 days of the charge if the service was not used during that period.
